3. When the file transfer is finished, you'll receive a confirmation.

File Upload Requirements and Recommendations

  • It is recommended that your file be one of the following:
    PowerPoint (all versions PC and Mac), Acrobat (.PDF), Image (.BMP .GIF .JPG .TIF), Publisher (.PUB), Adobe (.PSD .AI), CorelDRAW (.CDR)
  • Your file must have an "extension" that identifies the file type.
  • Files larger than 75MB are too large to upload. Call us at 1-800-347-2744 or email us for information on how to send your file.
  • An instant online preview will not be available but we will check over your file before we print it to make sure it looks correct. If you'd like a proof emailed to you simply make a note in the Special Instructions Box when adding your item to the cart. Please keep in mind this may delay the printing of your file.

Resolution
Stickers are printed at 300 dpi resolution. Sending a file at a higher resolution than 300 dpi will not result in better output.

Page Size & Orientation
Be sure to set the page size of your file to match the exact size of the sticker. We offer the following sizes:

  • 3" x 10" rectangle
  • 3" x 5" rectangle
  • 4" x 6" oval
  • 3" x 4.5" oval
  • 3" circle
Your sticker can be made in either portrait or landscape. We will enlarge your file as big as possible to fit the sticker.
What Colors Work Best
For best results use bright, solid, contrasting colors and avoid subtle shades.

Best Color Options

For halftones or gradients, we use a somewhat coarser halftone screen (80 lpi) because we are using pigments that resist fading. You may notice dithering (or tiny dots) up-close as a result of our solid ink printing process.
